101. Pomegranate Seed Oil. Rimonest is the original manufacturer of high quality wild and organic pomegranate seed oil. Rimonest maintains its oil and pomegranate seed in an OU kosher and IFOAM organic approved storage facility. Oil is extracted only in natural ways under OU kosher and IFOAM organic conditions. All pomegranate seed oil is assured to be:
  • Free of pesticides
  • Free of heavy metals
  • Fresh (low peroxide)
  • Potent (high punicic acid)
102. Pomegranate Fermented Juice Concentrate. Rimonest published the first scientific paper in the world on the potent antioxidant and lipoxygenase inhibition of an extract of fermented pomegranate juice. Natural fresh pomegranate juice contains approximately 23% sugar, while natural pomegranate juice concentrate contains over 65%. Pomegranate fermented pomegranate juice is virtually sugar-free, as the natural sugar is consumed during the fermentation process. Rimonest pomegranate fermented juice is naturally fermented and concentrated with the alcohol removed in an OU kosher and IFOAM organic approved production facility. Only the highest quality pomegranate juice is utilized in this process, and is:
  • Free of pesticides
  • Free of heavy metals (to specific tolerances)
  • Fresh (high anthocyanin to specific tolerances)
  • Potent (high luteolin)
Customized standardization to other key phytochemicals is also available. The standard concentration provided is set at 15% total dissolved solids. Custom Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) levels are also available.

103. Pomegranate Seed Meal. De-fatted or partially de-fatted pomegranate seed meal is suitable both for bakery and cosmetic applications. Rimonest pomegranate seed meal is a by-product of the oil removal process, and is always produced and stored under both OU kosher and IFOAM organic conditions. Our pomegranate seed meal can be milled to specific tolerances.

104. Pomegranate Fermented Peel Extract. Organically grown pomegranate peels are decocted in spring water and fermented with organic sugar. At maturity, the alcohol is removed with distillation, and the remaining liquid is concentrated to a desired specification. The process is conducted under OU kosher and IFOAM organic conditions.

105. Pomegranate Fermented Leaf Extract. Organically grown pomegranate leaves are decocted in spring water and fermented with organic sugar. At maturity, the alcohol is removed with distillation, and the remaining liquid is concentrated to a desired specification. The process is conducted under OU kosher and IFOAM organic conditions.
